The KERFIX hook, made of 5/10 mm-thick stainless steel, is designed to be installed on the back of tiles, marble, precast elements, or other materials suitable for wall mounting.

The perforated part of the hook ensures proper positioning of the wall anchor, while the bent tab fits into the corresponding groove in the tile, preventing it from falling even if the adhesive accidentally comes loose.

Tensile strength tests conducted with the hook glued in place showed a strength of approximately 280 kg, without any damage to the slot in the tile designed to accommodate the hook.

As an alternative to gluing, the hook is equipped with two locks that prevent it from slipping out of the pocket on the back of the panel, making the installer’s job easier by allowing them to proceed with installation without having to worry about stabilizing it. Even in this configuration, the hook still offers a tear resistance of approximately 100 kg.

KerApp is a stainless steel fastening system designed for the secure installation of tiles, ceramic slabs, marble, or other stone materials intended for use in ventilated facades.

The hook is attached to the back of the cladding using a specific mounting slot, which allows for precise and secure insertion of the fastener. A folded tab fits into a pre-cut slot on the back of the panel, ensuring the cladding remains secure even under stress or during structural settlement.

KerUp is designed to facilitate facade installation, offering installers a simple, reliable system that is compatible with the main dry-installation techniques used on metal substructures. No adhesives are required: the fastening is mechanical and designed to integrate with modular ventilated facade systems.

Thanks to its design, KerUp ensures the stability of the cladding and allows for proper ventilation, contributing to the energy efficiency and durability of the facade system.
